Blueberry Banana Smoothies – Healthy, simple, and speedy to set up, it's an invigorating treat after a morning run or an evening in the hot sun. I want to discover some this year when they're in season and get them into the cooler for those months when crisp blueberries are past the scope of my wallet. My family cherishes them as well – simply search for the blue lips and teeth in the wake of nibbling on a bowl of these blue pieces – particularly the solidified ones. Crisp or solidified, it doesn't make a difference. Blueberries are sweet, succulent and pressed with fiber, nutrient C, and cancer prevention agents. All that certainly settles on them a sound nibble decision – and an incredible smoothie starter as well! Truth be told, this Blueberry Banana Smoothie is a family most loved for a morning breakfast or evening nibble. Sound, simple, and snappy to set up it's a reviving treat after a morning run or an evening in the hot sun.
